We will endeavour to ship out all our order when possible within 24 hours subject to stock availability with UPS ground services. If you require urgent delivery you must select one of the other shipping options available.

CarCoversBoatCovers wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with an item which has been purchased from us, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of order for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping & handling fees. Free shipping items will have the outbound freight deducted furthermore a 20% re stocking charge will be made.

All returns must be returned in a new and unused condition together with any relevant paperwork. When we mention new and unused this means in original poly bag and not subject to scratches, blemishes or trace of usage. Providing your return meets the above criteria a refund will be made back to your credit card or any other payment method.

CarCoversBoatCovers Warranty

All our covers and accessories are guaranteed free from defects at the time of purchase. However should a defect arise which you feel is a warranty issue please email a photograph of the defect to our sales staff at sales@BoatcoversCarcovers.coml. Upon receipt and providing we are satisfied that it is a manufacturing defect we will arrange a replacement free of any costs to yourself. This warranty is only applicable if the product is new and unused and has been in its original packaging. Our warranty does not include usage due to wind, hurricanes, snow, fire or act of nature. Furthermore the warranty does not include damage due to misuse or improper installation. Faulty items that need returning to us and have been agreed with a CarCoversBoatCovers sales associate will be picked up at our expense and replaced. Any item that has been purchased in error or due to a change of mind by the by customer can be sent back for a full credit less a 20% handling & restocking charge. Shipping Details

We use UPS for most of our shipping. With also use USPS, & FedEx.

For information on standard shipping times these are published by UPS at www.UPS.com. Florida residents pay 6% tax, all orders shipped outside of Florida are exempt from paying tax. Should you give us wrong address information which results in miss routed packages we will need to charge $5.00 for re delivery with the correct address details. We welcome orders from outside of the United States please email or phone for details.

Should you for any reason need to cancel an order after it has been placed on the internet please call us immediately so that you do not incur any charges. Otherwise your item will be charged and shipped which will result in return shipping and restocking fees.
